My immediate goal is to weigh less than 200 on any scale I happen to step on. It is very slow loss for me. My next appt w/Dr Lominchar is 19 Feb. I want to be 200 or less on her scale. That is 15 days from now.

Starting over, back to 1200 calorie diet. Gained back 4 lbs, am wt today was 208. Goals remain the same. First goal is to be under 200 at next weigh in and meeting 3ith dr lominchar which is 1/19/15. My plan is to do more weight training/work on machines at gym and do additional classes as time and energy permits this year.
