So I read everywhere that eating past 6 is really bad and that your store extra fat, but I have been eating at like 2 and 3 in the morning because of Finals and I have lost almost 6 pounds in a week!! Yesterday morning I ate pancakes at like 2:00am thinking I would regret it and I woke up so hungry!!! So this afternoon I weighed myself and I have lost 2 pounds. I'm not saying this is for everyone but I guess if you don't go to sleep until 5 in the morning eating at 1:00am isn't as bad as the myths. Well at least not for me.

Anyway, after finals I should be back to normal but I'm glas this week didn't ruin all my efforts so far.

Eating past 6 doesn't effect you one way or the other. I usually have a snack at bed time because I sleep better if I do. Most experts agree, a nutritious calorie is a nutritious calorie. If you eat at or below your recommended daily requirement (RDI), if you expend more calories than you consume, you will lose weight no matter when you eat.
