My name is Becca and I am 23 years old. I have never been skinny but right now I'm fat. I am 260 pounds. Some people are disgusted with this number but I have come to terms with it. Going from 150 pounds to 260 pounds in 3 years is hard. I was in the hospital for a month when I was 19 and when I came out I just put on weight, without changing anything I was doing previously. I just watched the weight continually build until I just couldn't take it anymore. I've tried several diets. I got immediate effects but then got discouraged along the way. Not I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm trying to build confidence, be healthy and happy with myself.

So what's the deal with carbs??
I don't eat meat but I eat the byproducts. I do eat eggs and drink milk. I've been one for about 5 years. I'm pretty active, I work 40 hours a week in a pharmacy, so I do ALOT of moving. I wore a pedometer for a week and on a 8 hour day I walk about 4.5 miles. And when I get home I'm either cooking or cleaning.

So what's the deal with carbs??
Well thanks for all the info guys!! I have no idea what kindof diet I'm on but for what I've noticed carbs aren't really affecting my weight loss so far. =)

So what's the deal with carbs??
Firstly I'm a vegetarian and I've been on a diet where I'm just cutting down on calories. I've noticed my intake on carbs are exteremly high (I can't help it I love bread). My sister in law said carbs are worse than calories and I hear everywhere that carbs are bad but even with my intake of carbs I am quickly losing weight. SOOO I just wanted to know what the big deal was with them, cause I havn't been experiencing much trouble.

1st Day of HCG R2
No, don't take HCG while pregnant. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant ant my pharmacist strongly disagreed with the stuff. I'm not even pregnant but he said that we shouldn't even risk the possibility.
