I'm back! Been out of pocket for a while. Stress has been a problem and BP has been out of whack! Went to the doctor today and was placed on BP medicine. Now for a person who absolutely hates taking pills - this isn't gonna work. Stopped smoking about 2 months ago. (LOL - might have picked the wrong time to quit) At any rate - I'm back and gonna do whatever it takes to get this weight off for once and for all!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 June 2009:
1226 kcal Fat: 57.66g | Prot: 64.92g | Carb: 115.61g.   Breakfast: milk 2%, Special K Blueberry Cereal. Lunch: banana, Special K Multi Grain Crackers, shaved turkey. Dinner: Turkey Wing Meat and Skin, sharp cheddar cheese, Kraft Ranch dressing & dip, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: nature valley oats n honey. more...

You and I have almost the exact amount of weight to lose. Eh, and I know all about those BP meds. They are an absolute HORROR to weight loss. If I can do anything to help, let me know. Many of those drugs destroy the liver and throw our hormones out of whack. I still am recovering from my liver function being compromised. Have you tried meditation? It helps to regulate mood. Anyway ... if they can get you off the liver-annihilating drugs, do it.
