It seems like every week something new comes up and keeps me from getting on here and tracking my food intake and exercise. It is getting frustrating!!

I can say that I have been very disciplined when it comes to making food choices..I feel guilty not tracking them here..As well with the exercise..Im not 100% where I want to be though..

My days are getting sooo hectic..I am in the process of moving into a new place..I will be moving this monday the 15th..I havent start packing yet!!..With work and my chld I have no time..
I did promise to myself that once I settle into my new place I will get back into my routine of logging my food and exercise..Bcuz it does help to keep track of it..

I did have a great day this past saturday the 6th..My baby turned 5 and we spent the day at Disney..We had sooo much fun..It was a "Magical" day for him..we were there from 9am till 8pm..so I did my fair share of exercise (walking!!!)..LOL..I was beat when I got home..But it was worth every minute of it!!

That is sooo sweet!! Happy B-Day little man!! When you get done moving, you will be able to log things in, hopefully, but good job on eating well.

Wow, a 5th yr birthday @ Disney...how Fun! :-) Happy Birthday to your baby! What a wonderful way & place to celebrate! With your schedule being hectic right now, maybe you could try tracking your meals in a small notebook (kept in your purse or kitchen). Being sure to date each day AND mark the Time of each meal. Nothing fancy~~~just jotting down. This'll help remind you to eat every 3-4hrs and will help you when assessing how this week goes for you. It'll also get you ready for recording your journal once you're settled in. Hope this helps! Good luck with the move and keep up the great job!
