I've been trying to re-boot myself to get back on track. I know to feel better I have to eat better, and I have been eating out of control again. I have lots to be thankful for and I have to let go of all things that aren't in my best interest. My health is my priority. I need to walk, even if it's just to the mailbox. Get out and walk. So here I go....
272.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Walking is good. An idea, it's helping me. I have an exercise trampoline (cost about $25.00) I started keeping it in my living room again, easily stowed away when I need to, instead of sitting I've been walking/jogging on it, sometimes with hand weights. I can jog on it as it is low impact where normally jogging would be high impact and not at all good for the arthritis in my knees and ankles.
