Wow...struggling to balance netcarbs and calories...eating all this fat and meat the calories add up quickly!! I'm not giving in...or giving up...I am going to follow this for two weeks...I'm going to put most focus on carbs...but trying to stay within 1300-1800 calories...I've gone over both days so far. :( I'm hungry...I hope that goes away soon.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 May 2011:
2173 kcal Fat: 148.18g | Prot: 154.85g | Carb: 44.82g.   Breakfast: Pepperjack Cheese, splenda, heavy cream, french vanilla coffee, egg, sausage patties. Lunch: Bleu Cheese Dressing, salad, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), broccoli, 7 oz sirloin steak. Dinner: Maries Blue Cheese, salad, cauliflower, Chicken Drumstick (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: egg, Turkey Bacon, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, chicken broth. more...

Welcome Chucknichol: I have been doing Atkins since Feb 10, 2011 and have lost 25 lbs so far. Take a look at my friends list as there are quite a few veterans that can guide you in the right direction. Everyone is really great and supportive. I am still learning the ropes myself so don't want to misguide you. It looks like you are doing great though. Keep up the good work and I wish you success!
