Today I weighed myself and I was down 1 lb. Yeah! First goal reached. We went out for breakfast and then went on a hike at my favorite place. There are 2 ways to get to the destination, an easy way and a harder way. We went up the hard way and got alot farther than I thought we would. I learned though that I cannot hike on a full stomach, not good. The weather was accomodating today too, not to hot and nice breezes up in the mountains. I have a goal to get to Mt. Wrightson and I'd like to get there soon. I have been so close a few times but not all the way yet. We'll get there!
