Are any other women doing 4 hour body/slow carb finding that their weight is not dropping? I am definitely losing fat around my mid-section but have yet to see much a change anywhere else. I have been on the plan for about 4 weeks.

Thanks!

I believe Tim says in the book that women typically will see results after the 4th week or so. Also since you are young, remember your menstrual cycle can affect your weight. I say keep going you will see results! I myself am a lot older and did not see the weight decrease until the 6th week. I love the way I feel and the inches lost so I am OK with the slow progress.

You are seeing results, it's just not on the scale yet. People think the scale is the best way to tell if you are doing well and the truth is you can be at goal weight and be too flabby and unfit. Losing fat means you are getting smaller, leaner and fitter (with exercise). The scale will follow. It's hard when we place so much importance on a number. Keep going and see what happens. Take your measurements.
