I am a 29 year old lawyer from Sacramento. My love of booze, cheese, and bread combined with a job that requires me to be tethered to a desk for at least 8 hours a day has led to a terrible case of office ass.

I am 5'7, exercise at least 5 days per week, and am muscular, so my weight goal might not be completely realistic. Right now, my size 4 suits are a bit snug. The muffin top look is not cool. I would like to slim down enough so that the a size 4 is comfortable again and so that I can fit into this damn pair of jeans that are sitting in my closet taunting me to try and squeeze into them.

HCG Weight Loss Products Are Fraudulent Says FDA
A family member did HCG and has kept the weight off in the 6 months after going off of it. She said she had tons of energy and wasn't hungry eating 500 calories per day.

Still, it seems like it CAN'T be good for you. And I doubt it would work for those of us who are emotional or boredom eaters. I think I will stick with the traditional method: eat less, exercise more.

Belly Fat
My trainer tells me that cutting sugar, refined carbs, and (sadly) alcohol is the best way to get a flatter stomach.

whyy wont it budge!!?
I have the same issues! It makes me crazy. I will weigh my self 3 times over the course of a morning (first thing, after breakfast, after drinking a big glass of water, etc,) and it will almost always be different. My weight fluctuates by 1-3 pounds every day, though. I find that it will usually be higher the day after doing a weight lifting work out--even if my calorie intake is low. Maybe that has something to do with it? Do you have the same thing?
