HUMP DAY...Work-out complete..Veggie shopping done..Pork in crock pot smelling fantantic.Now what veggies do I cook today? Made some BBQ sauce thats pretty good and atkins friendly.We'll see how it works for pulled pork.
Windy and cold out but its supposed to warm up later.Good day to hang the bedding outside,If they don't blow off the line.
Still sore from Mondays work-out so I used lighter weights today and did more reps.Might try to go again tomorrow just to keep moving so I can work the soreness out.Knee OK so far,but I still baby it.Worked it on the recumbent cross trainer 30 mins.

Well sexy lady you have been busy! I am glad you are taking it easy on the knee, hope it feels better soon. I did my veggie shopping last night after work, not a good time to go when I am HUNGRY, so besides veggies I got meat - LOL, is that Atkins or what? Everything looked good. Glad my freezer had some space. Which reminds me, before Atkins I was a Lean Cusine girl. Today is trash day so I remembered to throw some of them out. I tried to find somebody to take them - nobody wants the darn things, oh well. I hope you have a great Wednesday!!

My goodness you had a busy day! It sounds like you worked a full day before noon! Glad your knee is holding up and you are babying it as well. Sun was out for a bit today so worked in the garden which was nice. I say garden but it really is a small patch of our lawn. Oh well, it will be fun.
