This is ridiculous I don't know why I can't lose this weight, so I am going to record what I eat again and see if I can do it. This time I am sticking to a low carb, gluten free, sugar free, high fat diet.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Well cutting out all that stuff should help you lose, but make sure that your diet is sustainable for the rest of your life in order to keep it off. Don't do anything to lose weight, that you aren't willing to do the rest of your life in order to keep it off. That's a great saying and so true. If you enjoy that lifestlyle and can keep going, that's great. If not, you might start to feel depreived and struggle. So find your happy balance and good luck~
