I am approximately 20 pounds heavier than I was this time last year as I have had about 3 months of unrestricted eating . . . maybe longer. Its been on and off again since christmas. I have to get this weight off it is awful that I am this heavy. My new diet is going to be gluten free, Low Carb, sugar free, artificial sugar free and hopefully keto friendly. The only reason it isn't keto is that I don't plan on giving up dairy unless I have too.

I begin today.
