no wheat for me's Journal, 04 December 2014

Haven't been here for a long time, but still following the super low carb diet. Thought that even though I cheated a little over the holiday ( had 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and some candied sweet potatoes made with brown sugar blend splenda even though I try not to use it) Got on the scales expecting a gain and lost 1/2 pound.So happy,
254.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
