Today, I am down to 189.4.

I am back under 190. My weight did a slow climb from 185-189 between Walker Stalker Con and Thanksgiving. Then, true to form, my body rebelled as I traveled the week of Turkey Day and I got backed up. Everytime I travej, geez! I stayed that way until 12/1 when finally, back to my normal work routine, all passages cleared. I didn't even get to enjoy the Thanksgiving meal very much due to discomfort and lack of appetite. Maybe that was a good thing.

I got super bloated afterwards as my body tried to decide what to do with all of the water I was drinking while trying to get things to move. So there was a quick trip above 190 to 192 for two days, then a sudden plunge back to 189 where I am at present. I am pretty certain that I'll be back to the 185-187 range next week, and I am look forward to it.

Right now, I'm battling two hungry days in a row. My body wants treats. It's saying, "hey! I forgot what all that stuff tasted like. Don't stop now; we like it!" My body is a whiny child.

At least there haven't been any major blood sugar spikes and crashed to report. How odd and awesome!

I'm glad you are getting back to your lower numbers. It seems that you do understand the whinny child body. Thanks for the analogy. I will use it when talking to myself about whether I really want that treat that is taunting me in the moment. Just a suggestion regarding traveling and regularity. One to 2 Magnesium capsules before bed can make staying regular more predictable. I take them to keep from getting cramps in my feet and legs, but a side effect is that I no longer have even a day where getting backed up is an issue. Good luck with moving toward your goals.

I've often had the same issues while traveling, but probiotics have made a world of difference for me.

Glad to hear you are back on the right track. It is surprising how much weight you can retain with constipation and fluid bloating. Probiotics work wonders and so does the Magnesium, You can actually just soak in a nice warm tub with 1/2 to 1 cup of Epsom Salts in it and get the same results as the Mag Caps plus it's great for sore muscles. Keep me informed of what's going on and how you are doing and we will just keep plugging away at losing weight thought I still have a long way to go. But 75 1/2 pounds gone and that included a 2 week vacation in California and Halloween and Thanksgiving even though the weight loss has slowed to only about 1/2 pound at a time. It's still coming off. Well if I don't hear from you again. Have a Blessed Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
