Depressed today. Feeling over it, like everything (not just diet & exercise) isn't worth this much struggle. Doesn't help that my TOM is approaching as well, it's probably 1/2 the reason I'm down. The other half is due to people just not taking time to understand me. I'm always going to be the outcast, always alone, always misunderstood.
