I am wanting to lose this weight for the LAST time...I have done it before and then after returning to old eating habits...gained it back and more!!.I want to feel like myself again...I don't recognize the woman in the mirror...

Coming from the SOUTH ...we feed people for any problem or celebration and I learned from the best...too much high carb food in my past.I know it has to stop.I say NOW IS THE TIME FOR ME!!!

Pills that make you put on weight?
Yes, Some meds definetly do cause a weight gain and some aid with weight loss!!Read the prescribing info that comes with your meds or look it up...You can ask for a different med that has weight loss as a positive side effect!

Make a plan! Decide what diet you can follow and get started. Everyone has a reason to lose the weight...WHAT IS YOURS? That is your motivation. I started 1 hour at a time the first day...kept saying to myself "You CAN do this!" AND YOU CAN TOO!
