Considering everything I ate in the last week, most of which I cannot even remember, this gain is not as bad as I thought it would be! I am focused on my exercise now, which I have been majorly slacking on. I'm thinking about starting the 21 day fix program, as it has gotten good reviews overall and I like the idea of the portion cups that come with it, although I generally don't have a big problem with portion control. I am in the process of making a list of the pros and cons of what I am currently doing and what I need to change. I briefly thought about weight loss surgery, since obviously I stay mainly the same, so I just need to get to a stable (healthy) weight to maintain. But that idea really scares me and I don't think I am there yet. I'm going to try making some changes over the Winter months, then revisit that thought and talk to my doctor about it in the spring. I know I don't say it nearly enough, but I am grateful for all of the support I have received here and today being Monday and the 1st of the month, I promised myself I would log everything I eat, do and feel and I intend to keep that promise! THANK YOU all once again :-)
