So I woke up and felt very dubious about weighing in...and of course I wasn't happy with the result...but once I average out my weight...I felt much better. So it's a great start despite the hesitation I had initially. So my Thanksgiving was absolutely fun! We went to my Uncle's and just had a big family gathering. I love hanging out with my family. After that, we went to my sister's. It was nice though. We then, as tradition, had our own little Thanksgiving the day after because 1) we love my mom's cooking and 2) this has been happening this way for years and we all love family gatherings lol! This tradition initially started from back when we were in high school in Marching Band. We usually ended up actually missing Thanksgiving day so my mom would plan her own for on a day when we were home. Since then, it just stuck.

So today, I need to make more effort in tracking and working out. This is very important. I actually started a physical Fitness planner as well where I can plan out my workouts accordingly, but also where I can take notes on things related to fitness, put my goals in and keep the P90X3 worksheets together. I am pretty proud of it and excited to start using it. I do not record my food there because I keep a little notebook for that and that little notebook follows me around. Yeah, I could use just here but I found that if I write it down, I remember to input it here. I suppose everyone else has their own methods of keeping motivated and such. :)

I don't think I have any errands to run today so I am hoping for a nice peaceful day at home...get my workouts in and maybe even play some video games. We shall see!

*P90X3: OMG my legs hurt!! Triometrics is brutal! I didn't take as frequent of breaks but I still did take breaks. Maybe eventually I can get it to where I won't need breaks lol! Just need to get my stamina up. Hopefully the second time going through the P90X3 Classic schedule will help that out. :)
