Went off my diet yesterday but still lost a full pound since I last weighed in. Huzzah!
I'm not going to even try calorie-counting for the last two days, as they were crazy with work + the holidays. I'll just document what I ate and move forward.
Thanksgiving dinner was reasonable - stuffed cornish game hen, roasted carrots and green beans, homemade crescent rolls. I skipped dessert for the first time in my life. I had to work since this is Canada and they don't celebrate American Thanksgiving. That was depressing but next year I'll be back home and all will be well. :)
Black Friday - worked all day and the company provided us with breakfast, lunch and dinner which, of course, were unhealthy. I had a donut, small cup of coffee, handful of gummy bears, two small slices of pizza and a large helping of strawberry shortcake (the Thanksgiving dessert that I had skipped). I got home from work at 4 p.m. and was in bed by 5:30 p.m. with no dinner. Just an exhausting day overall.
Today - another long day of work ahead of me but I'm back on my diet.
