I am really having a tough time right now. I want junk! Thank goodness we don't keep mich in the house. I don't understand why I do so well at work where I eat both breakfast & lunch and then when I get home, watch out I looking! I even bring an apple to eat on my way home to try to subside that urge before I get here.

As I see from your food diary you are not eating enough. This is why you are hungry and have cravings. For a snak before dinner try to have some complex carbs and protein about 1 hour before you eat. Maybe Less Fat Triscuits with some cheese or add some peanut/almond butter to your apple or have carrots+almonds or even a peace of multigrain bread dipped in extra virgin oil. Dont be afraid of calories. Giving in to your craving will do more harm. Reducing calories you consume has to be done slowly. Or try to alternate days with less calories (1200) and high calories (1400-1500). I think for your weight you have to eat around 1500 cals a day. It's better to eat a little more and burn them through exercises than being lazy and hungry.
