so the storm friend my modem and phone last night meaning I have to work from the office for the next few days. Because I had little notice and of course the day before pay day, there was not a lot I could take to eat apart from cheese, which I have eaten a lot of today. I'm sticking below the 20 net carbs and right away from all high carb foods and sugar. Am 5 days in now, so happy with how I am going. Started getting really hungry for the first time last night. Considering how much I have dropped my carbs and calories, I'm surprised I'm not doing it tougher. I guess I just know I have to stick with the plan no matter what.
