86 sticks of celery with 6 tablespoons as cream cheese about midnight. Wanted to see how it would affect my weight. Seems to have brought it up. .4r from yesterday. I didn't make time to eat 6 small meals all day. I waited until after lunch to eat anything. Won't do that again, I need the constant energy
