Thanksgiving at the Club yesterday. 6 croissants, 2 pieces of blueberry bread, stuffing, cranberry sauce, 4 cups of turkey, 2 cups of ham, cookies, cakes, heavy cream in my coffee . It was a total food Banj like it had been two weeks ago when I ate all that food. Once I put that first cookie in my mouth I knew I was going to just eat until I got sick. I did not puke this time however but it was tough going to sleep because of the pain I was there. And, I had just got pants from charla that were seven eight and they were fitting and I'm not going to sabotage myself I'm going to keep wearing a size and even get smaller.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 96.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
