Weighed in - 243.0. Weekend was rough - ate out 3x Saturday. Got in alot of exercise - shopping! Sunday succumbed to temptation of candy. Apparently something I ate this weekend affected my lips - they are swollen. No Botox! So there's that! -Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink before workout. P90x - Chest And Back - 12 reps for the most part. Tried bands with weights today. UP earlier to workout - taking mom to airport. -Breakfast -Advocare Raw Bar, 10 grapes. Snack: whole raw almonds, raisins and mini cliff bar and white tea Really ready for my reflection to look slimmer. Course i have this moo-moo flowy top, really doesn't help! Lunch: Shake (2 sugar free Carnation instant breakfast drink + 2 servings tera's whey goat protein + 2 servings Carnation instant milk) and 2 clementines Snack: 16 fl oz of herbal tea + Apple Supper: NO Clue! Snack: - maybe popcorn?
REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Candy - ever since I was a young child I have LOVED candy. And overeating. Which is exactly what I got into yesterday. Should have taken a nap, but opted to eat instead.
