I am not losing like I feel I should be since I am eating right and exercising. I am going to start keeping track of everything so I can see whats happening to make me not lose.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

I have discovered another hidden carb in my diet to share with you... gum! I have been chewing it all the time because of the "atkins breath" and I just read the label yesterday to find that there is 1.5 carbs in EACH piece. That adds up! Stick to it...
