This week was a miracle that I didn't gain anything. Thanks to my roommate and the chocolate chunk brownies. There is also the fact that the weather has been crappy making my daily walks impossible, I think I got out for one this week, and the weather affects my joints so indoor exercise has been hard too, but I don't want to whine too much I am glad that I didn't gain anything, and I just hope that Thanksgiving is not too rough on me.
