The downward spiral has never looked so good: I am 9 lbs down x9 more times + -1 lb and I am -so- on the road. The pushups and situps I've been doing have definitely left me sore, but it is a soreness that reminds me of how much I love to work my muscles out! Plus moving -all- of my stuff (electronics, guitars, more guitars, books, and gazillions of DvDs) from floor 1 to floor 3 of my apt building has helped immensely. My partner in crime in moving was a body builder named Sam whose muscles, physicality and diet were/are nothing but nonstop inspirational to me. I'm going slow and steady--still not quite eating 35pts/day or 1500cals/day, but making consistent steps in that direction in addition to cutting back portions immensely. The peanut butter and EVOO are in the back of the closet now & the spices are in the front. Woot.
