First week upping the calories and trying to keep my macros straight. Down 2.5 lbs so I need to be careful of calorie deficits. Fridays doctor appointment once again revealed borderline BP so doc suggested DASH diet. Created a meal plan after researching the plan and had an epic shopping trip and meal prep sesh. Breakfasts and lunches for the hubby and I are done for the week and dinners are planned. Exercise goal is 30 minutes walking x5 days this week. Can't wait for a fitbit to figure out the activity.
