Since you are burning more, you will be hungry, things should level off. Its a good idea to eat some protein before your walk. When I walked early morning I had a string cheese or some nuts before I walked then came back and had my breakfast. When I do elliptical, I time it so I get done when I would normally have a snack, then have a protein drink. Then would hold me a couple of hours then have a meal. Congrats on the exercise, it makes you feel so much better!
