As I've lost weight, the amount of "leniency" that I'm able to allow myself has gradually gotten smaller and smaller. This week's weigh-in proved that. Whereas before, I could "indulge" a couple times a week, now it looks like I'm going to have to either whittle that down to one time a week, or get rid of it altogether. ~Kaleb

I know sometimes it takes a bit for us to figure out how these fantastic machines work, but once we do, we learn so much about what works and what doesn't. I know gaining sucks, but you did learn something very valuable, I know you will apply it to this next week.

Stick to your plans...I am also experience that lower amount of wiggle room. When I was heavier I burned up more Kcals. The lighter weight makes for less expenditures and therefore what used to be a slip that didn't matter does. Still the overall trends are great. Keep it moving.
Best
