Transformation Butterfly's Journal, 13 November 2014

I am out of the 180's finally. I have had to make some changes in my life regarding the people who I am being social with and take back my time. I started coming home and disconnecting my phones (mobile and house). I sent text messages to everyone letting them know that I am home safe and sound but I will contact them on the weekends. My nights are now all about me for now. I am working on getting more rest, working out in the morning and again at night. This has been working as I am sleeping better, getting more work accomplished during the day on my job.(I even told people from my job when I clock out for the day it's over and I do not want to receive any phone calls rehashing the daily events. Tomorrow is a new DAY!)

I have heard it said, that "it takes 28 days to create a habit", well I am working with the 30 day Shred DVD and we will see how I am doing in another 25 day,but for now this is where my energy will be going and I don't have anytime for anyone stressing me out with foolishness. I will be here supporting my buddies and other fatsecret family, but the rest of my network is being put into solitary confinement until the weekends.

It has only been two weeks since I started the "IT's my turn" time out and I am seeing the changes in myself. I told them that I will be hosting the Thanksgiving dinner this year so be prepared for healthy tasting dishes. (I have made the traditional Sweet Potato Pies already and got them out of my house within a day of making, them so that I would not be tempted to eat any of them. For which I was told you mean business.)

I motivated and ready drop some weight going into the holiday season.
I like everyone else on this website need all the support I can get so lets get moving for 2015 is come up fast.

Jillian's 30 Day Shred gets brutal. Good for you in keeping at it. I can give up the sweet potato pies; but I've got to have the turkey, stuffing and gravy on Thanksgiving. Good job on the weight loss. And thanks for the advice.
