Sapphyre's Journal, 24 April 2011

I am not sure what happened saturday, but I am very depressed. I weighed in Friday morning and was 198.8. I was ecstatic! Then the hubby and I went for lunch. I had a 3 egg omelet with spinach and feta. I have maybe 3 fork fulls of potato. Dinner I had a low carb pizza. Throughout the day I had a few low carb cookies and an Atkins bar.

Then came saturday. I was over 202 pounds! Somehow, I gained 4 pounds! :( I did not have anything more than what I wrote in my food journal. I am well disciplined with food.

Today.. 201.2. I am still very depressed and the hubby says I probably need to use the bathroom (if you know what i mean). I don't think that's it. I am not sure what it is.

I am not happy... at all... *sigh*

When yo eat out, foods contain a lot of sodium. This can result in bloating the next day. It sounds like water weight. Just stay on plan and stay hydrated. It will come off.

Sweetie-Look at it this way...you've lost 8 lbs in a month. anyone would be happy with that. when you get so micro focused it WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS. there is no reason for the short term to make you want to falter or get discouraged. When you get where you feel this way---Lookk at where you were 1 month ago. and so what if it is 5 lbs---IT'S 5 LBS hooray!!! smile! you earned it! Focus on THAT!! :)
