restarting my diet journal here. No need to show previous weights as I have gained most back, due to many reasons.

Due to my mom's sudden passing Sept 3, I dropped my proper eating habits. In that time I gained 23 pounds. I have learned, omitting all white carbs is not a truly effective way to lose weight, for the moment you stop for whatever reason, you gain it all back VERY quickly.
So, I began my Low Carb diet again, on November 4th. I will pretty much stick to the rules, but will from time to time, have peas, carrots and those things that we are told spike blood sugar levels. I am fine with the slower weight loss, as it means I will most likely keep the weight off.
I know my mom and dad would be disappointed in me if they knew I gained 23 pounds because of being sad. (Both are no longer with me, my dad died, 17 years ago this November 10).
So here's to a new start and to achieving my goal of 125 pounds.

I am not sure what happened saturday, but I am very depressed. I weighed in Friday morning and was 198.8. I was ecstatic! Then the hubby and I went for lunch. I had a 3 egg omelet with spinach and feta. I have maybe 3 fork fulls of potato. Dinner I had a low carb pizza. Throughout the day I had a few low carb cookies and an Atkins bar.
Then came saturday. I was over 202 pounds! Somehow, I gained 4 pounds! :( I did not have anything more than what I wrote in my food journal. I am well disciplined with food.
Today.. 201.2. I am still very depressed and the hubby says I probably need to use the bathroom (if you know what i mean). I don't think that's it. I am not sure what it is.
I am not happy... at all... *sigh*
