Eight hours of sleep with one wide awake episode. I drank four cups of weak coffee.

Morning plank and ten minutes first thing in the morning on the Air Walk Trainer to burn off glycogen.

Saturday was an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want) .

Cardio: one hour on the Air Walk Trainer yesterday, plus five minutes every hour to offset the effects of sitting. Steps: 1,070. My new daily average to surpass is 744. My record on the Striiv Smart Pedometer is 1,781.

Fifteen minutes organizing the kitchen. Time spent on organizing the kitchen to date: four hours, 30 minutes.

Chris, have you always been drinking coffee? I did for a while, but stopped recently. Saving my money, I guess. :uncertain:

I stopped drinking coffee with sugar during the summer, took it back up again when it got colder. Less sugar than in the past and I reuse the coffee grounds so it's not very strong.

Strong coffee can be acidic on the stomach. I think coffee grounds have anti-oxidants and I was told it helps the memory.

I have not heard that about coffee before. Thanks! I will look into it more.

C.C., Way to go on your daily steps increase! Hmm, it must be the time change --last week, I reorganized our home. I am still not done, just one step closer. I am only getting between 5-8 hours sleep. Yup, the acidity from coffee is also bad for your bones.
