Well I am off on my vacation to see family and go to my class reunion. I am so thankful to have the app on my phone to help me keep track. Don't know if I will be able to journal though, so if not, have a great week everyone!

thanks for your kind word I'm very greatful for them <3 ya know when I go away one of the things I do is I take pictures of my food with my cellphone and journal that evening that way I cant forget or I use my texting to me about what i eat <3 have lots of fun <3 exiting to me abut the day and what I'm eating then journal latter ,, just taking the pictures helps ya stay in touch with you and your needs have a great time so excited for ya <3 be safe and have lots of fun <3 PS Im a school bus driver <3 sweet dreams <3
