Worked from home yesterday and ate everything in site. Gotta work on that.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

so it's safe to work from home now. cuz it's all gone now right? LOL!!! I do MUCH better with "outta sight outta mind". You were lamenting about drinks with no calories or caffeine that taste good. Well, I have been drinking come Cascade Ice drinks lately. Fizzy, fruit flavored, non-caffeineated, and ALMOST no calorie (2 cals/serving- 2.2 servings per bottle). Not bad at all. Sweetened with sucralose. I don't normally dig the artificial sweeteners but sucralose seems to be one I can tolerate on a small level and since you drank the diet soda I thought you might give these a shot.

Well there's good news and bad news. I good news is that I didn't eat EVERYTHING. That bad news is there's still plenty to eat. I'll check out that drink. I think one of the main reasons I go back to Diet Coke is that I get so bored with water. Something sweet once in a while should help with that. Thanks for the tip!
