Have taken electrolytes, GU Energy Gel, Daily Vitamins, Magnesium, Creatine supplements ...is there anything else I miss? Friday is a FULL rest day for me. Thanks for your valuable input. 🤸‍♂️🎵

Your muscles are probably sore due to lactic acid buildup after a workout. Hydrate well before and after with electrolyte drinks and magnesium. If you are just now building muscle, that is another different soreness.

I always start off sore after a break if I haven't lifted a week or two., but before long my body easily adapts. My husband does full body every day but I alternate. You could go daily if you do upper and then lower or some other kind of split so you aren't working the same thing 2 days in a row. My triceps are sore from yesterday but today was legs and tomorrow will be back so I will be good to go for tris on Friday. I usually do not sleep well and even when I do- it rarely stops the DOMS after a great workout. Good luck!

I guess I should have asked what your daily workout consists of. I just assumed lifting weights. I see you have a bike in your profile pic and in that regard- I don't know.

Turmeric, BCAA's, and a good Omega 3 supplement. I am a 5X week CrossFit goer, and I noticed a huge improvement in my recovery once I started including these items.

Calories on the surplus helps recovery a lot. I find that when I’m on a cut I feel the soreness for longer

Sounds like you did all you could to combat being so tired and sore. I know if I do too much now (Because I am older) I don't bounce back as well as I used to. I need to rest and stretch my muscles. Takes me time but I get better and so will you.

Magnesium Foam/Lotion after a hot shower helps me a lot with sore muscles

this is the recommendation that My personal trainer recommended with me: allow the muscles to recover if work on Monday then Wednesday. while workout different muscles on Tuesday and Thursday so your muscles has time to recover. add Water before during and after. drink 1/2 your weight in water daily. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

All the ritzy people I know swear that a theragun works for them. I'm not ritzy and can only afford foam rollers.

I foam roll after my workouts, you can do different stretches and soak in a hot bath with Epsom salt

Thank you so much everyone !! I'll try to implement what I can and then report back for the FS group's benefits. Now onto doing a 5-mile recovery walk jog ~ Smiles & kindness are free :D 😎😁
