decided to advances my walking every day
I look for that extra min or more to
walk in the huge paring lot at work before I go home at 9:10 am then walking

then walk 2 times around the huge paring lot before I go into the bus barn

when I get to the school I go walk for 12 more mins it all is adding up

watching my numbers go up some how excite me

having a great day Lord Love ya so for that
be there for my Grown kids and my Grand kids
they they know ya and serve ya and obey ya

protect them and provide for them Love ya Lord

I got hooked on daily exercise by a silly star chart when I met my daily goal. Every day I met my goal I put a folded paper with a reward (massage, manicure, new book, CD, DVD or other non-food reward) and every day I didn't reach my goal I put in a folded blank paper. At the end of the month I had my hubby draw one and you bet I wanted as many things on a paper as possible! Since then I've done some type of exercise whenever possible FOR ENJOYMENT and I found I loved yoga and pilates. Who'd a thunk it?

Dreamcatcher- I love your attitude! It sounds like you're doing great at slowly building more and more exercise into your routine, keep up the good work! Sometimes we all need to remind ourselves that every bit helps and you can make small changes at a time that make a big difference! That's what I'm trying to do myself :) Sweeteater- I LOVE that idea! Such a great idea for motivation!

6022 steps today ,yaaaaaaaaaaahoooooo for me I broke my own recorder yahoo <3 thanks Hipaagrammy ,, when ya first meet me the pain of my knee surrogacy put me on edge on a best day <3 better attitude comes from a lot less pain I'm not out of the woods with the pain but its manageable thanks for putting up with me when I felt like doing was screaming so thanks so much for bearing with me <3 Chris WTG what does that mean ??? thnaks Sweeteater that is really cool idea thanks for your support and wellcome to my wall yes great motivator <3 thanks bri293 for your support and yes small steps are turning into big steps <3 thanks so much for your support <3 sweet dreams to all <3

Sounds like you are doing a great job. I also had knee surgery 7 months ago and i'm still not out of pain but it is a lot better. I applaud your determination, i did really good right after my surgery but lately i haven't been able to exercise like i was and i know i need to get back to it. Again, congratulations on doing such a good job.
