I'm starting the challenge where I weigh myself everyday for two weeks. It's a little scary because I don't want to see numbers go up but I know that it might just be water or salt. As long as over all I go down after the two weeks I'll be pleased. I've lost a pound since Monday so I'm off to a great start. Go Me!
