Fifty-nine healthy one-pot meals - Greatist

Eight hours of sleep and one hour drowsing while listening to podcasts.

Morning plank and ten minutes first thing in the morning on the Air Walk Trainer to burn off glycogen. I'm doing cardio earlier so that I don't have to do it while watching "Supernatural" and "Person of Interest."

Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want). Still working on food in the fridge.

Cardio: one hour on the Air Walk Trainer plus five minutes every hour to offset the effects of sitting. Steps: 1,753



Still filling in holes in my kitchenware: pinch grips arrived from Woot. Hope these will prove less unwieldy than the Ove Glove. Got three for the price of two at Amazon. Made of durable silicone; heat resistant to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for lifting hot pots, pans and covers. Finger and thumb guard. Easy to clean; dishwasher safe.
