OK so I was sick and then last week was recovery and then my knee got hurt jogging my first day back. BLAH BLAH BLAH. So I gained 2 pounds and now its time to get my stuff back together. No more excuses. Time to get back to work.
My mom is here so it will be a little difficult but let's push through. I will get in 4 workouts and I will keep my food intake in check.
