11 pound total lost in 2 weeks 2.3% fat gain 1.2% muscle.
Reading all around the Internet looking if I'm eating enough calories I don't want to fall into the starvation mode where my body doesn't burn fat and accumulate the calories. My average calorie intake is 1600 30% protein, 20% fat and 50% carbs.
I'm burning around 1000 calories 5 days a week in a gym in weights and cardio combination base of my hear rate monitor. Any tips from anybody?

Your caloric intake seems fine and great job on the exercise. "Starvation mode" is controversial with some people saying it's real and others saying it doesn't really exist. As long as you are losing and have enough energy to fuel your workouts, you are doing well.
