This was the first time I have cooked 3 eggs whites. They were watery and gross. The yolks were still in a small bowl and I ended up tossing them with the eggs whites and cooking them as well.
I will not be eating egg whites again as that is a red light item. I know I would eat the yolks as well.
I ended up eating three whole eggs where normally I would have been happy if I just had one whole egg. I went over my fat intake for the day.
