This holiday weekend is going to be a challenge. I am going to have to work hard to stay on track. I think I can do it but I am still worried.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

the best thing to do is have a plan if you are going to a BBQ. I try to eat a low calorie high protein breakfast and lunch to keep me full. Then I have a piece of fruit before I go. I also try to get in extra exercise. The hardest part is the beer/frozen drinks, lol. They can pack on the pounds and lower your inhibitions so you eat more. Do the best you can!
