finally i am now consistent in running. today i ran 15km and i am really exhausted. i intend to do it over and over although i only want my tummy to go away not the whole body
145.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done. You cant remove tummy without reducing weight from all you body, you should ales watch what you eat, 60% is food and 40% exercises ,they go together.good luck

thank you. i am really strict on mt diet. it used to be a problem but now it is not.
