Morning. Ate ham and s.f. rice pudding. I feel ok about this, because it satisfied my sweet craving. Not sleeping well tho. Coughing around 4 a.m. and then awake. Rough day today, but I'm gonna get thru. Exercise in a.m. and in p.m. Have a good day and keep going strong!! 🌈
