Good morning...😊 ate a good breakfast. Southwest egg beater omelet with peppers, onions, and mushroom. Added 2 tbsp Colby jack cheese . Low calorie and filling, on my way to exercise . Good day today...😁

10 a.m. , twenty minutes on full body workout. Feeling energetic . 😅
