Re-energize's Journal, 21 October 2014

In the past while I have been slacking about tracking my food/exercise because have been so busy getting things done before shutting up the house and heading South for the winter...getting all the lawn furniture cleaned and put away, emptying all the flower pots and cleaning etc...plus trying to remember every single thing that has to be done regarding the house..water shut off etc...making sure nothing comes due while we are away etc...
It is a lot to digest...and writing it down, somehow we still forget to do one thing or another..lol

I do hope to reach my goal weight while away for winter, going to try hard..
I thought I would have lost more than 1 lb this week past because I worked my tail off every day what with walking and my weight machines/elliptical.
Was a wee bit shocked...but will plug along and keep doing what I am doing.
Seems to be working....Maybe a big surprise next week...Wishful thinking...I always think positive thoughts...life is to short to wear a frown..all my friends say how come you are always smiling, well why not..I am a positive person and never let stress take me down... Life is what you make it and I plan to enjoy mine...The good Lord has blessed me well.

I like your positive attitude. Maybe start recording everything you eat not just some of the food. Every bite counts. Have a great rest of the day :-)
