Ugh! I fell asleep a little after 4am and woke up around 7 and could not go back to sleep. I finally got up after laying there for an hour and decided to be productive. My bed room windows let in too much light for my third shift body to ignore, so I taped some pretty paper over the windows under my shades and put foil over the paper. It worked like a charm:) and you can't see the foil. Now all I need is some noise canceling padding for the busy street right outside my windows, ha!
